Personalized Support
We are always here to help. We have one of the lowest teacher to family ratios among Alaskan homeschool programs, so you can be assured the help and resources you need are always available.
Allotment PLUS
In addition to allotment funds, FOCUS offers many activities and learning opportunities at no cost to our families. Many families have sufficient allotment funds to roll funds over each year.
Alaska Homeschool – Our Story
FOCUS Homeschool is ranked number one in homeschool family satisfaction. Chugach School District began a correspondence program in the 1980s to offer education for students residing in remote locations inside our district boundaries. At that time the Advisory Teacher traveled by boat, plane, and snowshoes to visit our families and provide support, materials, assessments, and encouragement.
What Our Families are Saying
